Last night, after a particularly bad anxiety attack, I purged HARD. The whole experience was violent. And painful. And awful. The result was burst capillaries, spider-webbing out from my eyes like shattered glass. My face from the nose up looks like I have a bad case of measles. Or some other horrible disease.
Has this happened to anyone else? I guess I always assumed if I burst capillaries from purging it would be ON my eyes, not AROUND my eyes. This being new territory for me, I'm not sure if I should be worried. Other than, you know, the obvious worry about what this awful ED is doing to my body in general.
